Join us at Simply the Basics as we sort and prepare hygiene supplies to be ready for a special Back to School Giveaway helping 150 in need students grade K-12 locally in San Francisco.
Your help in preparing hygiene supplies saves nonprofits hours of work and allows us to get hygiene products out to these students as they prepare to be successful for the upcoming school year.
Facemasks are encouraged while volunteering indoors.
Location: Western Addition. Address provided with RSVP
Requirements: Age 16+ or otherwise accompanied by an adult. Must be comfortable moving supplies/boxes around 20-30lbs. Must be able to position self to gather and move supplies/boxes from under tables to above.
*Volunteers aged 16 & 17 must have a volunteer form filled out by a parent in order to volunteer alone. Please contact us using the RSVP link below to get a copy of the form ahead of time to bring with you.
