The impact seen: Delivering the kits!

As Hygiene Bank Activity Hosts, delivering completed hygiene kits directly supports one of Simply the Basics core impact goals to save nonprofits time and resources. This is a great support to our programs and a final step in your service to the community!

for a Successful Delivery:

• In our confirmation email, you have been provided with the name, address, and preferred delivery method for a Receiving Site in your area. Please only deliver to that nonprofit, as they are determined based on quantity needed and in the order of most needed at the time of your group activity.

• Schedule your delivery date/time with Simply the Basics 3-5 days in advance. We will contact the Receiving Site to ensure a staff member is present to receive.

• Ensure that you are providing neat & tidy boxes of supplies! If possible, tape them closed.

• If asked by the site to fill out a Donation Form, please kindly disregard. You may let them know that as you are representing a Simply the Basics activity, it is unneeded.

COVID Safety updates:

• For Recipient health and safety, please wear a mask while delivering kits to Receiving Sites.
