Simply the Basics is hosting a Period Party! There is one thing that all women know first hand - a lot more goes into having our periods than simply needing feminine hygiene products. To feel dignified and healthy, we often need in addition to tampons, pads, panty liners, new underwear, pain relievers, heating pads, chocolate, cleansing wipes, and more. Join Simply the Basics to collect items and put together Wellness Period Packs for women experiencing homelessness in San Francisco.
Event includes Networking with Women Led Groups in San Francisco and to make it more fun - comedians will be sharing their "First" and "Worst" period tales!
Come join us and discover how wonderful if feels to be pampered by beauty, health, and wellness professionals. Mini pampering services will be provided with ticket purchase as well as delicious food and drinks. Raffle prizes will be announced every 15 minutes. $20 ticket purchase benefits Simply the Basics!

If you are someone who is looking to find more ways to support women, want to make an impact in the community, enjoy networking with other passionate women, love making strategies and action plans, and want to continue fighting for the rights of all people - join us on International Women's Day!
'The Holistic Chamber of Sound' is a beautiful concert that brings you into a deep state of meditation. This is a time for our community to come together and turn inwards— to bathe ourselves in loving vibes and gain clarity. 25% of all proceeds will support Simply the Basics.
